Homesites will be released on a ‘first to the door’ basis, Villawood Platinum Club members will have an opportunity to purchase from 9am, database members and general public will be able to purchase from 10am.
As a special incentive to Villawood Platinum Club members, you will be entitled to receive a $1000 rebate on any lot purchased in the Sunset Release if you deposit and sign contracts on the weekend of the release (30 & 31 July 2011). Contracts must be unconditional and the full 10% deposit payed. Only credit card payments and cheques will be accepted on the day.
