Club Alamanda
A residents-only recreation and leisure centre, ‘Club Alamanda’ offers a central hub for the residents of this community.
Architecturally designed, the centre is complete with a gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, function centre, and indoor children’s playground and provides an attractive setting for a health conscious and active lifestyle.
With security card access, the centre offers residents the privacy and security of a community hub where they can exercise, meet, mingle and play. Also comprising the new Alamanda Cafe and Providore, Club Alamanda is a place where friends, family and neighbours can enjoy a coffee and cake or a meal, just walking distance from home.
Positioned at the entrance of the project bordering the wetlands, the building’s striking appearance has become an iconic feature of the community.

Bayview Park
Fun for the whole family Alamanda’s ‘Bayview Park’ adventure slide and pirate ship sits atop a man-made hill in the heart of the estate and will entertain children, teenagers and parents alike.
With innovative children’s playground complete with pirate ship and adventure slide, a half basketball, playground court and outdoor barbeque and picnic spots, Bayview Park presents fun for the whole family.
An iconic feature of this community and the wider Point Cook region, Bayview Park’s hill top pirate ship offers 360degree view toward Melbourne’s CBD, Port Phillip Bay and beyond.
Village Green Park
A beautifully landscape open space, Village Green Park is ideal for families. Comprising a playground, barbeque area, community herb garden and plenty of green open space, this is the ideal park for a family picnic.
An interactive children’s playground comprising a series of giant colourful flower pots acts as the centrepiece of this parkland and is a popular attraction among young children.
Approximately 50 metres from Village Green Park is Alamanda ‘s miniature traffic school play area. A place for toddlers and young children to play on their tricycles, bikes and more, the traffic school is yet another attraction for families at Alamanda.
Grand Park, Alamanda
A new first-class sporting facility for the Point Cook region, Alamanda's Grand Park will cater for a variety of sports enthusiasts.
Incorporating a large football/cricket oval, basketball court, a series of outdoor gym equipment, mini soccer pitch, beach volleyball courts, table tennis tables and more, Grand Park is a place for sports stars to shine.
The sports oval is already home to both AFL and cricket clubs and the Alamanda Sports Pavilion, featuring change rooms, social room, kitchen and amenities is now complete.
With a large network of on and off road street bicycle tracks meandering in and around the estate, cyclists can also find a convenient location to spend their leisure time.
